Privacy Policy

Swift Tech LLC collects personal information for one purpose: to schedule and carry out the service visit you asked for. This page sets out exactly what is collected, why, and who else handles it.

What we collect

When you submit the booking form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you provide one — it is optional
• The service address you want a technician sent to
• The type of problem you selected, and your preferred arrival window
• Anything you write in the notes field

If you call us instead, we record the same details as needed to dispatch a technician. We do not collect payment information through this website.

What we use it for

Scheduling and performing your service visit, and contacting you about that visit. That is the whole list. We do not sell or rent your information, we do not share it with marketing companies, and we do not send you marketing texts or emails unless you specifically ask us to.

Who else handles it

Two service providers process booking submissions on our behalf, and they are only permitted to use the information to provide that service to us:

• Supabase — stores the booking request so our team can act on it.
• Resend — delivers the booking request to us by email.

This site is hosted by Netlify, which processes standard server request information such as IP address as part of serving the page to you.

How long we keep it

We keep service records for as long as we need them to service the equipment, honour any work we have carried out, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so, except where we are required to retain a record.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising or social media trackers. Font Awesome is loaded from a content delivery network to display icons, which involves a request to that network in the ordinary course of loading the page.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email abdul@swifttechpro.com or call (571) 478-1797 and we will handle it.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top of the page.
